Agreement to Terms

By using Baggu's website and placing an order, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Service. If any provision of these terms does not meet your approval, please refrain from placing an order on this site.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions for all items, including popular selections like the Medium Cargo Crossbody and Nylon Drawstring Bag. However, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing or description mistake, Baggu reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund promptly. We also maintain the right to limit order quantities or notify you if a product is out of stock.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified after placement; this includes no additions or removals of products.
Requests for address changes or order cancellations must be submitted as soon after ordering as possible. These requests are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in returned packages.
If a package is returned to Baggu due to an incorrect address, we will coordinate reshipment upon request; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees and import duties, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be anticipated or controlled by Baggu.
Baggu is not liable for delivery delays stemming from shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly via our contact page. Baggu will assist in resolving the issue and determining the appropriate next steps.
